What times is video identification possible?

Video identification is carried out together in cooperation with our external partner Intrum AG. Service times are: Monday to Saturday, 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. (CET).

How long does video identification take?

The average waiting time at Intrum AG is less than three minutes. The actual identification process and signing the documents only take a few minutes.

When is digital onboarding not possible?

Digital onboarding is only possible when your clients meet the necessary requirements. They must be natural persons aged 18 or older; they must be domiciled in the EU, EEA or Switzerland; they may only have a maximum of two nationalities and they may not hold an insider position at an exchange-listed enterprise. Furthermore, standard cross-border provisions must be upheld.

Which forms can be signed digitally?

Not all forms are currently available in digital onboarding. These applications and forms must still be physically obtained and submitted outside of the digital onboarding process.

They include the Application for a VP Bank Maestro Card, the Agreement on credit card usage, investment consulting agreements, wealth management mandates, and other US forms like the W9 form.

You will find the digitally available forms in the link below under "Further information".
